This policy explains how Kinzaad Corporate Services Provider ("Kinzaad", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit kinzaad.com, contact us, or use our services. By using this website or getting in touch, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Kinzaad is a business-setup consultancy based at Office 401, Sultan Business Centre, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. We decide how and why your personal data is processed when you deal with us. For any privacy question, email us at info@kinzaad.com or message us on WhatsApp.

The information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and provide our services:

• Contact details you give us — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and the details of what you're trying to set up, submitted through our website forms, by email, on WhatsApp, by phone or in person.
• KYC and business documents — where you engage us, we may collect identity and company documents needed to process your setup, such as passport copies, Emirates ID, visa pages, proof of address, shareholder and ownership details, trade license details and source-of-funds information required for bank and compliance checks.
• Website usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring site, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and give you advice and a quote.
• Deliver the services you engage us for — formation, licensing, visas, banking, tax and accounting.
• Carry out the KYC, anti-money-laundering and identity checks that we, banks or authorities are legally required to perform.

• Keep you updated on the status of your setup and remind you about renewals so nothing lapses.
• Meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
• Improve our website and, where you've agreed, send you occasional useful updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Our legal basis

We process your data where we have a proper reason to: because you've asked us to and given your consent (for example, submitting an enquiry or agreeing to marketing); because it's necessary to perform the services you've engaged us for; because we have a legal or regulatory obligation (such as KYC and AML requirements); or because it serves a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, balanced against your rights. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis we rely on.

WhatsApp and messaging

When you contact us on WhatsApp — including through the buttons and forms on this site that open a WhatsApp chat — your message and phone number are shared with us through WhatsApp, and your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use these conversations only to help with your enquiry and to keep a record of what was agreed.

Cookies and analytics

• PROs and government-liaison agents — who lodge and collect documents with authorities on your behalf as part of your setup.
• Trusted service providers — such as our IT, hosting, email and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only as needed.
• Where legally required — to comply with UAE law, regulation or a lawful request from authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it — to serve you, to maintain our business records, and to meet UAE legal and regulatory requirements (which can require records such as KYC and accounting documents to be retained for several years). When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Keeping your data secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to those who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to handle sensitive documents carefully.

International transfers

Some of the providers we rely on — for hosting, email or analytics, for example — may store or process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the "PDPL") and other applicable UAE regulations. This means collecting only what we need, being clear about why, keeping your data secure, and respecting your rights as described above.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults running or setting up a business. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
