The rules for using this website and working with us. Nothing sneaky here — just the terms you agree to when you browse kinzaad.com, get in touch, or engage Kinzaad for a business-setup service.
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website kinzaad.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Kinzaad Corporate Services Provider ("Kinzaad", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, or by engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or appointing us for a service, you confirm that you've read and accepted these Terms and, where relevant, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you're using the Site or engaging us on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for that company.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business purposes — to learn about our services and to get in touch. You agree not to:
Kinzaad is a business-setup consultancy. We help with company formation, licensing, visas, corporate bank account introductions, tax registration, accounting and related PRO services in the UAE. We describe these services on the Site to help you understand what we do. The exact scope of any work we carry out for you is defined in the separate engagement agreement or proposal we agree with you — not by the general descriptions on this Site.
The content on this Site — including pricing ranges, timelines, comparisons and FAQs — is provided for general information only. It reflects our experience with UAE company formation but it isn't formal legal, tax or financial advice, and it may not fit your specific situation.
Government fees, rules, timelines and eligibility criteria are set by UAE authorities and free zones and can change without notice. While we work hard to keep our information current and accurate, we don't guarantee any particular outcome — including that a license, visa, bank account or approval will be granted, or granted within a given timeframe. Many of these decisions rest with government bodies, free zone authorities and banks, not with Kinzaad. Always confirm the details that apply to you with us directly before acting.
In short: use the Site to get oriented, then talk to us for advice tailored to your plans. We'll give you a clear, honest picture — but final approvals are the authorities' and banks' to give.
Any prices shown on the Site are indicative starting points to help you plan. They are not an offer or a binding quote. Your actual fees — our service fee and the government and third-party fees — depend on your activity, jurisdiction, office and visa needs. We'll give you a specific, itemised quote in writing before you commit.
The separate engagement agreement prevails. Any work we do for you is governed by the individual written agreement or proposal between you and Kinzaad. Where that agreement differs from anything on this Site or in these Terms, the agreement controls. How refunds are handled is set out in our Refund Policy and in that agreement.
Good outcomes depend on good information from you. When you engage us, you agree to:
We rely on what you tell us. We're not responsible for delays, rejections or losses that result from information or documents that turn out to be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or not genuine.
We treat the information and documents you share with us as confidential and use them only to provide the services you've engaged us for, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We ask the same of you regarding any non-public information we share with you, including our quotes, methods and materials.
The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, logos and the Kinzaad name and branding — are owned by or licensed to Kinzaad and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as government portals or banks) for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Following external links is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinzaad is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or opportunity, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content — including any decision you make based on general information published here. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Where we do carry out work for you, our liability is governed by, and limited as set out in, your engagement agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kinzaad harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or any inaccurate, incomplete or unlawful information or documents you provide to us.
We may update, change or remove parts of the Site, and we may revise these Terms, at any time. When we update the Terms we'll change the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
